Open your recipe and make sure all ingredients are added in the Recipe Builder
Go to the Recipe Setup tab

Click to run the AI assistant, which will analyze your recipe and suggest an overall density value
Review the suggested density and select the appropriate option
Click to integrate the value into your recipe
Save the recipe, and your nutritional analysis will update based on the new density

How to Find the Density of a Specific Ingredient
The AI Density Converter also works at the ingredient level. If you have a liquid ingredient and need its density:
Navigate to the ingredient within your recipe
Use the AI Density Converter to look up the density for that specific ingredient
Select the appropriate value and apply it
