Food Label Maker gives you full flexibility to show or hide specific nutrients on your label.

This allows you to customize the nutrients displayed depending on your product or regulatory needs.

Examples of nutrients you may choose to show or hide include:

  • Vitamin C

  • Zinc

  • Omega-3

  • Omega-6

  • Caffeine

  • And many more vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Note: The availability of certain nutrients, such as Omega-3, may depend on the regulatory region (e.g., US vs. UK/EU).

When you toggle a nutrient on or off, the change will automatically update on your label preview.

How to Use the Show / Hide Nutrient Feature (Including Regional Considerations)

  1. Open your recipe

  2. Click Customize Label

  3. Select Show / Hide Nutrients

  4. Toggle on or off the nutrient you want to display or hide For UK/EU users: If Omega-3 is not available as a toggle option, enable Polyunsaturated Fat (PUFA) and declare Omega-3 values adjacent to the nutrition table to comply with regional regulations.

Your label will automatically update to reflect the selected nutrients. However, the updates will depend on the regulatory compliance requirements for the selected region.
