Share Your Nutrition Label with a Live Link or QR Code

Generate a live share link or QR code for your nutrition label that updates automatically whenever your recipe changes, so retailers, partners, and customers always see the latest version.

Share-ability lets you send your finished nutrition label to the people who need it without exporting and re-sending a file every time something changes. You can share a live link with retailers, auditors, suppliers, or co-manufacturers, or generate a QR code to put directly on your packaging so customers can scan it for ingredients, nutrition facts, and allergen information. Both the link and the QR code are dynamic: any future edit to the recipe or label is reflected automatically, with no new file or code to generate.

Opening the Share menu

From your completed recipe label, click Share in the top right corner.

Choosing what appears on your label

Before you generate a link or code, choose what shows on the shared label:

  • Recipe Name

  • Nutrition Facts Panel

  • Ingredient Statement List

  • Allergen Declaration/Allergy Statement

  • Business Address

  • Label Notes

  • Recipe Tags

  • Recipe Card QR Code

  • FoodLabelMaker Branding

Generating a share link

Click Share Link, then Copy Link. Paste the link into an email or message to send it to retailers, suppliers, or co-manufacturers. Because it is a dynamic link, any change you make to the recipe or label later automatically shows up for anyone who has the link, so you never need to resend a file.

Generating a QR code

Click QR Code to open the code for your label. You can preview it, toggle the FoodLabelMaker logo on or off, and then click Download. Add the code to your packaging, menu, or website so customers can scan it for instant access to ingredients, nutrition facts, and allergen information. Like the share link, the QR code is dynamic, so any future change to the recipe or label is reflected automatically without generating a new code.

One label, two easy ways to share it, always up to date.
