How to Cancel Your Subscription

Learn how to cancel your subscription, view invoices, and understand our no-refund billing policy in this quick guide.

We’ve made it easy for you to manage your subscription, view invoices, and understand how cancellations work.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Canceling your subscription and stopping future charges is a straightforward process. You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Go to My Account

  2. Click Manage Subscription

  3. Turn off Auto-Renew

What Happens When You Turn Off Auto-Renewal

⚠️ Important: Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. By turning off auto-renewal, you gain control of future charges while ensuring uninterrupted service for the remainder of your current plan term. Once auto-renewal is disabled, no further charges will be made to your account.

Even after turning off auto-renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For example, if you have an annual plan, you will retain access until the current annual period ends. However, we do not issue refunds for any unused time. It's recommended to review the terms of your subscription before initiating cancellation, as changes to policies may be announced via email or website notifications.

Viewing Invoices

To access your billing history and download invoices:

  1. Go to My Account

  2. Click Billing

  3. You’ll see all your past and current subscriptions and invoices

Refunds & Fee Policy

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial use, or if you cancel during an ongoing billing period.

  • This also applies if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use.

  • Pro-rated refunds for partial usage of subscriptions are not available.

  • Non-refund policies apply universally across plans, including yearly subscriptions paid monthly or in advance.

Post-Retention Period

  • If the 90-day window has passed and your subscription has not been reactivated, your account data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Key Notes

  • Ensure that any data or projects stored on the platform are backed up or exported if you do not plan to reactivate your subscription.

  • While your subscription is active, you retain continued access to all your data and features.

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you decide to resume your subscription in the future, you can easily reactivate it by following the same steps and turning auto-renewal back on. This flexibility allows you to manage your subscription according to your needs.
