How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
Go to My Account
Click Manage Subscription
Turn off Auto-Renew
⚠️ Important: Make sure to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
If you turn off your subscription during your current plan term, you'll still have access to all features until the end of that term. However, we do not issue refunds for any unused time. Continued access to the service will remain available for the remainder of the paid subscription period. Additionally, the auto-renewal feature will be disabled immediately upon cancellation to prevent future charges. It's recommended to review the terms of your subscription before initiating cancellation, as changes to policies may be announced via email or website notifications.
Viewing Invoices
To access your billing history and download invoices:
Go to My Account
Click Billing
You’ll see all your past and current subscriptions and invoices
Refunds & Fee Policy
All fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, partial use, or if you cancel during an ongoing billing period.
This also applies if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our [Terms of Use].
Pro-rated refunds for partial usage of subscriptions are not available.
Non-refund policies apply universally across plans, including yearly subscriptions paid monthly or in advance.
Data After Cancellation
Once your subscription ends, you may lose access to certain features, data, or content. Please make sure to export or download any important information before canceling.
Clients may cancel their Plan anytime as outlined above; however, they must do so prior to the Renewal Date to avoid billing for the next Plan Term’s Fees. If a Client chooses to cancel their Plan during the current Plan Term, they may continue to use the Service until the end of that term, but no refunds will be issued for any Fees already charged.For further assistance or to address specific concerns during the subscription management process, live chat support is available.
Subscription policies may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any changes through email or website announcements, ensuring they remain informed about updates that may affect their subscriptions.
